An agreement is formed when the Client accepts the quote in writing or by email and any requested deposit has been received.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07e4287 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"07e4287\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 3, Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49c4008 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49c4008\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p><p class=\"mt-3\">In the event of late payment, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the agreement without refunding the deposit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de4445a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"de4445a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 4, Cancellation by the Client<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cd263e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3cd263e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cancellation must be confirmed in writing or by email. The following cancellation fees apply:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside mt-2 space-y-1\"><li>More than 60 days before the event: 30% of the total price (deposit)<\/li><li>30 to 60 days before the event: 50% of the total price<\/li><li>Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the total price<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7381909 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7381909\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 5, Cancellation by the Artist<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-459a10a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"459a10a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the event of force majeure (see Article 7) or illness preventing the performance, the Artist will make every effort to propose a suitable replacement. If no replacement is possible, the deposit already paid will be fully refunded. Further compensation is excluded.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-214f97e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"214f97e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 6, Client obligations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dad9a22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dad9a22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Client shall ensure:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside mt-2 space-y-1\"><li>A safe and suitable performance environment in accordance with the technical rider<\/li><li>Timely access to the venue for setup (minimum 60 minutes before start)<\/li><li>Adequate lighting and power supply where required<\/li><li>A meal and non-alcoholic beverages for performances exceeding 4 hours\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a30ed8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a30ed8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 7, Force majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3f572d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e3f572d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Force majeure means any circumstance beyond the Artist's control that temporarily or permanently prevents fulfilment of the agreement. This includes illness, bereavement, strikes, natural disasters or government measures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60b49d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"60b49d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 8, Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d03c9d4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d03c9d4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Artist's liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant agreement. The Artist is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74b5fda elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"74b5fda\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 9, Intellectual property &amp; publicity<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83c8f34 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"83c8f34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All shows, scripts and materials performed or created by the Artist are the intellectual property of the Artist. Photo and video recordings during the performance are permitted for private use. Prior written consent is required for commercial use. The Artist may mention the event as a reference and use any photos or videos unless the Client refuses this in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcc9cd1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fcc9cd1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 10, Governing law &amp; disputes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2aa9fef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2aa9fef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
